Implementation & ongoing service

A clear start.
A person to work with.

You do not need to arrive with a technical specification. Bring your current reporting process, the tools you use, and the questions you struggle to answer.

  1. 01

    Define a useful first result

Agree on the audience, goals, sources and measures. Check whether the available data can actually answer the question.

A written scope, not an open-ended build.

  2. 02

    Connect with permission

Provision the workspace and approved users. Arrange source access securely and check imported data.

A separate client workspace and verified source coverage.

  3. 03

    Review the first report together

Check calculations, language, limitations and the questions that deserve follow-up. Adjust the agreed defaults.

A reviewed first report and a practical handover.

  4. 04

    Keep it useful

Maintain the agreed connections, review source health and support the reporting workflow within your service agreement.

Defined maintenance, usage and support boundaries.

How pricing works

Implementation once.
Support on an agreed cadence.

A one-time setup fee plus a recurring managed-service fee, quoted after checking your source access, reporting needs and support effort. No subscription is started on this website.

Included in the proposal

  • Sources, users and reporting deliverables
  • AI usage allowance and third-party costs
  • Maintenance and support response expectations
  • Data export, cancellation and retention terms
  • What counts as additional custom work

New integrations, major migrations and custom analyses are scoped separately. Your existing platform subscriptions remain yours.

Before you begin

A few practical questions.

Do I need to download an app?

No. The client workspace is accessed in a web browser. Account access is arranged during implementation.

Can I connect my accounts immediately?

Not on this public site. Account permissions and source identifiers are checked with you during operator-assisted setup. Never send passwords or API keys through the inquiry form.

Can we keep the tools we already have?

Yes. The starting point is your authorized data from existing tools. The starter supports GA4, Search Console and Mailchimp. Other sources require separate scoping.

Will it tell me exactly what caused a result?

Only when the available evidence supports that conclusion. Missing measurements, proxies and hypotheses should be explicit, not hidden behind a confident summary.

What if a connection stops working?

The workspace surfaces source status and data gaps. Maintenance responsibilities and response expectations are defined in the service agreement; stale data is not presented as a fresh result.
